The OPA! National Conference welcomes over 100 OPA! Franchisees from across the country, the OPA! Home Office Staff and 5 Key National Suppliers. The conference goal is to bring everyone together, network with peers, share ideas and celebrate with the top performers in the organization. Shelley MacDougall (Calgary, Alberta)
Shelley MacDougall is dedicated to creating leaders in life! Whether she is coaching one on one, facilitating learning for groups, or delivering keynote presentations, Shelley’s dynamic style and compassion for people are undeniable.

After obtaining her business degree at The Ohio State University, Shelley has invested the past 30 years in training and leading others. She is grateful to have had the opportunity to work with some top organizations. At the age of 23, she began her training career as an instructor with the Dale Carnegie™ organization. She furthered her experience in Human Resources and in senior leadership positions in the hospitality industry including Marriott International and The Glencoe Club (Calgary, Alberta), one of North America’s leading private sports and social clubs. Her passion is developing leaders and elevating a “culture of service”. Although much of her work is connected to the private club industry, Shelley has had the privilege of working with many organizations in varied industries taking her throughout North America. She takes her business seriously, and herself…lightly!

David Coletto (Ottawa, Ontario)
As a founding partner and CEO of Abacus Data, David Coletto and his team deliver strategic advice and research design expertise to many of Canada’s foremost corporations, advocacy groups, and political leaders. A leader in online research methodologies, public affairs research, corporate and organizational reputation studies, and youth research, David has led projects for companies in many sectors including pharmaceutical, transportation, financial services, educational, natural resource, telecommunications, media, arts and cultural, tourism, and retail.

David also leads Abacus Data’s Canadian Millennial Research Practice, developed to help organizations connect and engage with Canadian Millennials. Through an engaging and interactive presentation, David gives his audience a uniquely Canadian perspective on who Canadian Millennials are, why are they are so different, and what organizations need to know to manage them. Having conducted research on Canadian Millennials for the past six years, David’s insights are research-based, balanced, and respectful. He takes his audience on a journey to understand why Millennials are the way they are, what makes them different, and how they are impacting your organization.
